We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for accessing the nearby slopes, and the complimentary ski bus made getting there a breeze. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel valued throughout our stay. The room service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to various shops and commercial services, which was incredibly convenient. The spa facilities were excellent, offering a wide range of treatments and amenities, including a sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed relaxing in the spa lounge and taking advantage of the body wraps and massages. The sun terrace and garden area were also lovely places to unwind after a day of skiing. we were highly impressed with the quality of service and the comfort provided at this hotel.
We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and always made me feel valued. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the nearby ski slopes and the hotel provided a complimentary ski bus that made transportation really easy and efficient. Additionally, I loved the hotel facilities, particularly the spa, which was excellent. The hotel also offered a 10% discount at the local ski rental shop and the nearby Therme, which was a great value. Finally, the cleanliness of this hotel was outstanding, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is strategically located with easy access to skiing areas and offered complimentary shuttle service to nearby slopes. On top of that, meals were of high quality and the staff was kind and helpful. An additional bonus was the spa facilities which were very nice and relaxing.
The parking situation was a bit challenging and not readily available for all guests. , the ski room was not connected to the hotel from the inside, which meant having to climb stairs to get there and back.

This hotel is perfect for a ski holiday, with complimentary ski bus to nearby slopes and an excellent spa facility. the staff is fantastic and the food is excellent, both at breakfast and dinner. the ski room is fully equipped with heated boot racks and it's easy to get to the slopes from the hotel.
That some of the key fobs were temperamental.

Spent my Christmas holidays in the Dolomites and had a great ski trip! the food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. the shuttle to the slopes was super convenient and fast! I really enjoyed the relaxing spa area, which was such a treat after a day on the mountain.
The lifts were a bit outdated and slow, which made for longer wait times. the parking was limited and the ski room required climbing some stairs.
